八十八ヶ所巡礼 (88Kasyo Junrei)

Japanese rock band, also known as '88kasyo Junrei'. They incorporate several different genres in their music, such as alternative, indie, progressive and psychedelic rock, The band melts all these styles into one, which results in a strange, but energetic cocktail of creative rock music. Their début studio album was released in August 2010, entitled "八+八". In 2011 they've released their second album, called "SYG88". "○△□" followed in August 2012. Click here

さよならポニーテール (Sayonara no Ponytail)

Sayonara Ponytail (さよならポニーテール) is a fictional Japanese acoustic pop band created by an illustrator who goes by "Yuritan". Described as a group of three "mysterious girls" (Miina, Nacchan, and Ayumin), they reside in a fantasy world.< It is not truly known who controls the group as a whole.In 2011, they released their first album, "Momyu no Ki no Mukougawa" (モミュの木の向こう側). Sōtaisei Riron 相対性理論

Sōtaisei Riron (相対性理論, lit. "Theory of Relativity") is a Japanese rock band formed in Tokyo in September 2006, The band derives its influences from genres such as kayōkyoku, group sounds and post-rock. Song titles as well as lyrics often involve plays on words and pop culture references. According to guitarist Seiichi Nagai, the band composes most of their music together. The band is known for not revealing much about their private lives. Media coverage concerning the band is minimal and taking photos during live occasions is strictly forbidden. Click here

Around 2001, two brothers named Gomi Takahisa (vocal /bassist) & Gomi Takuto (guitar) recruited guitarist Shimizu Masaya, who was in another band at the time, and drummer Tanaka Tomokazu into their band; so was the birth of lostage. A rhythm section that repeats itself through the noisy feedback. Vocals that vibrate with a hysteric feel lyrically entwining within the deafening sound. And at the end of it all, distortion guitars that paint a beautiful landscape…. It's been a while for a band to appear that can give such an overwhelming view of the world through their sound. Coaltar of the Deepers

Coaltar of the Deepers is a rock band from Tokyo, Japan. Their style is rooted in shoegaze, but incorporates elements from diverse sources ranging from conventional alternative rock to heavy metal and electronica. The group was founded in Tokyo in May 1991 by front-man Narasaki. During that time, they recorded demo tapes in which most of the songs made it on their first EP release.  Near the end of the year, the ”White EP” was released on Strange Records. The EP had former member Watanabe on vocals while Narasaki played guitar. The band was inactive until late 1992, when they released their second EP, ”Queen’s Park all you change” on Stomly Records.  The EP featured Narasaki assuming his current role of lead vocals and guitar. Described as beautiful princesses from the planet Kero Kero, bringing their gift of outer-space pop music, eX-Girl are a Japanese alternative/synthpop/fusion group, formed in late 1997 by the brainchild of Hoppy Kamiyama, Chihiro, Kirilola and Fuzuki. While vocals may have been a strong point, they had no previous experience with musical instruments, but this proved little hinderance as the band quickly began touring and released their first album in 1998, just six months after their founding.
